Refund Policy - Valid for 14 Days

Step 1: Submit Your Refund Request

Your email must include the following:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return (e.g., defective item, wrong size, etc.)
  • Photo of the Item showing its condition
  • Proof of Purchase (e.g., receipt, confirmation email)

Important: Incomplete emails will not be processed.

Step 2: Register Your Return

🔗 If your request is approved (and submitted within 14 days of delivery), you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Key points:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This approach helps us minimize unnecessary returns, reduce transportation emissions, and encourage responsible consumption.
  • No return label provided. You are free to choose the carrier that best suits your needs.
  • Tracking number required. Once your item is shipped, you must provide us with the tracking number. Without this, your return cannot be processed.

💡 For defective items: We will cover return shipping costs based on the carrier's rate used for the original shipment.

Step 3: Quick Refund Processing

💰 Once your package is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 2 business days. If your return meets our conditions, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
